This review submitted by NIELS JOHS LEGARTH IVERSEN,

Denmark has several aquaria that specializes in some part of the Danish Waters. The Oresund Aquarium in Elsinore is one af these, and contrary to most of the others it is a 'pure' aquarium without a museum section. I think the fish and invertebrates are fed well, and the floor is clean … but sorry, I can't fully recommend the place. It feels narrow and dingy, and I think its employees must feel a bit of envy when they visit flashy places like the North Sea Center in Hirtshals, the Kattegat Center of Grenaa or the Fiord and Belt Centre of Kerteminde. On the other hand, it only cost 20 DKK to get in, so how much can you expect? Because the tanks are so small, this place has focused on small inconspicuous animals, not least the invertebrates that in other places may be less visible. To find it, follow the road along the marina to the west of Kronborg.
