Official Description

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo offers a unique combination of fun and adventure for the entire family in a beautiful garden setting.  Puppet shows and vintage kiddie rides are the highlights in the children's creative areas,  and more than 150 animals are featured in the close contact Zoo. In the animal contact area of the Zoo, visitors can touch and feed a zebu, a donkey, miniature horses and goats.  Also, many rare and endangered species such as lemurs, pygmy hippo, parma wallabies, and a jaguar reside at Happy Hollow. The Zoo is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association.

The design of Happy Hollow and it's exhibits allows the animals and guests to do some mutual investigating even for families with strollers, diaper bags and children in tow.   Many of the exotic animals are just inches away, but the best part for the kids seems to be touching, smelling and squeezing the goats!
